All our orders are shipped by Post parcel or DHL. You will receive a tracking no with email from us when you order leaves our warehouse. This number is used for tracking your order and pick up. At this moment it´s not possible to track the orders sent by letters.
SHIPPING TIME All order made before noon are shipped the same day. This means that you can collect your package the working day after your order was placed. (2 working days are applicable for north of Sweden and Gotland). For international shipment you should allow up to 10 days, depending on distance and custom routines. We will personally contact you should you shipping time for any reason be longer.

RETURNS, CHANGES AND CLAIMS You have got 14 days regret. NO RETURN on SALES-items. If you want to return a product, make sure you fill out your customer no and invoice no.
