VAT is included in the prices shown on the website (25%).
You can place an order by telephone, e-mail, mail and in our webshop.
If the goods are no longer in stock or are not possible for us to order for the time being we will notice you by e-mail, telephone or sms. We can then suggest substitute goods or inform you of how long it will take to have the goods in stock again and deliever them to you. When ordering in other ways than by telephone always provide your social security number, telephone number and e-mail adress.

Normal invoice to sports clubs and companies after agreement.
All letters and smaller parcels are sent by mail, using the pricing set by Posten (Swedish Mail). Larger parcels and table tennis tables are sent by DHL and UPS. When ordering from abroad the rules for freight may change, please contact us for more information.
Pingisshoppen has the right the change information and pricing for products shown on this website.
In case of changes in pricing the customer is always informed by us before the ordered goods are delivered.
Options for payment
If nothing is else is agreed, by:
· Bank giro service
· Direct payment from bank account
· Credit card
· Cash (only in the store)
· Invoice - Only available for clubs and companies. You have to be 18 years old or older and have no previous record for non-payment of debt. We always get information on the customer's solvency before sending the goods.
· Cash on delivery - You pay for the goods when collecting your parcel.
An additional fee of 60 SEK we be added. If you haven't collected your parcel before it is returned to us (within 14 days) an additional fee of 350 SEK we also be added for handling the goods.
Living outside of the EU?
To countries that are not part of the European Union we ship orders without charging sales tax (VAT). This means that you can buy products at Swedish price levels from pingisshoppen.se without having to pay taxes twice. You only pay sales tax and customs fee when your order is imported to your country. If you live in a country outside of the EU and create an account and sign in, the prices will be shown without VAT. As soon as you log off the prices will be shown with VAT included again.

Time for delivery
The usual time for delivery is in Sweden 1-3 days. Europe 3-5 workdays. Outside Europe 4-6 workdays.If you have chosen to collect the goods in our store we will contact you by e-mail or sms when they have arrived. When ordering before 16.00 / 4 pm we will send the goods during the same day as long as we have them in stock.
Returns and repayment
Returns of goods are possible up to 15 days from purchase. Pingisshoppen will give you full repayment for your order as long as you have NOT USED the products. Freight is payed by the customer. If the wrong goods are delivered from Pingisshoppen the full freight will be credited.
In case of a return we will credit the order amount to your card. You should have your money back within a week from the return. Don’t forget to provide us with your account and clearing number, otherwise the procedure will take more time. In case you used a credit card for the payment we will transfer the money back to that card.
For customers outside of Sweden: possible changes in the exchange rates since the occasion of purchase do not affect the amount in case of repayment, the amount you payed when making the purchase is the amount we will pay back to you.
For all products we refer to the rules stated by the manufacturer. When returning unwanted/damaged goods to Pingisshoppen also send a copy of the invoice or other proof of your purchase. Depending on the kind of product Pingishoppen or the manufacturer will then decide if the damages are included in the policy of guarantee stated by the manufacturer. We follow the Consumer Purchases Act. If you have any other questions concerning this matter feel free to contact us.
If you would change your mind
You have the legal right to return flawless ordered goods without providing us with a reason. Pingisshoppen will give you full repayment for your order as long as you have NOT USED the products. Freight is payed by the customer. Note that this rule does not apply in case of special orders. We follow the Consumer Purchases Act. To receive your repayment - send us your postal giro account number/bank giro account number/personal account number or bank account number.
Damages goods and not collected parcels
If your products have been damaged during transportation immediately contact the post office or the company in charge of the transportation about this. Don't collect the damaged parcel! If you don't notice the damages before opening the parcel, and the damages have most likely been caused by the handling made by the post office or the company in charge of the transportation, contact them about it. In case it is not possible to reconcile the parties in the dispute (with the post office or the company in charge of the transportation) please contact us about it.

Storage of data
Please note that the data sent to us from the customer that is necessary for the purchase is stored and handled electronically, and that we always follow the Swedish law for data protection (PUL).
Contracts with clubs and companies
When purchasing products in the store/for the in-store price clubs and club members get a discount!
When purchasing products online/for the web price the price is already reduced and because of that no additional discount such as the club discount will be given!
Butterfly Europe has raised the price of some products with about 40%.
We have tried not to raise our prices as much, but that means we can't give any special discounts for the clubs/companies on our Butterfly products.
